Sugar Canes is a vanilla Minecraft item. It can be found in nature, growing on dirt or sand next to water. It can also be planted on those blocks by right-clicking it. Sugar canes can grow up to 4 blocks in height. When the player breaks a sugar cane block, all of the blocks above will break and drop as well.
With Ex Nihilo installed, Sugar Cane can be grown out of Sugar Cane Seeds.
