"As wither skeletons can be found primarily in the Nether's mysterious fortresses, it seemed best to key this rune on finding not only skeletons themselves but also their fortresses.
Unfortunately, the tie between these skeletons and their fortresses also causes some interference, making the process less stable.
Nethermind - Cost per conjuration: 1 Mortuus, 1 Corpus.
Lure - Cost per 20 conjurations: 20 Fames, 5 Telum, 5 Sensus.
