Runic Whitelist is an item added by the Automagy 1 mod. This item acts as a filter for thaumic machines from this mod. It can be right-clicked to set the filtered options. Up to 9 items can be filtered, the filter can also ignore quantity, metadata or NBT-data or filter the items by name with a support of * symbol. It can be easily changed to Runic Blacklist and will keep the filter parameters, or crafted with a blank Runic Whitelist or Runic Blacklist to copy the parameters to the other one. It will not be consumed in this recipe.

Thaumonomicon Entry[edit]
"There are times when written instructions simply don't carry the weight you desire... especially when what you desire is the weight of magical force.
By infusing ordinary paper with vis and preparing a pliable inlay of golden runes, you are now able to produce enchanted paper that can help enforce your will upon your creations.
A common use of enchanted paper is to create whitelists and blacklists which can be used to dictate what is "seen" by thaumic devices such as the greedy chest.
You can turn a whitelist into a blacklist or vice versa while preserving the filtering options you have already written on the list.
You can also copy the filtering options from one list to another (of either type) by simply placing both of them on an arcane worktable. The contents of the first are copied to the second (and the first is not consumed in the process, of course).
Enchanting:
Enchanted paper can also be bound into book form. Bookshelves created with these are four times as potent as a standard bookshelf when it comes to boosting an enchantment table, so only four (instead of 15) are required for the table to provide level 30 enchantments."
