The Creative Bat/Wolf Token can increase the user's lycantrophy and vampirism levels (hold shift) by one every time the token is used, once it hits the tenth level it will reset to zero which is considered not infected by the curse at all.
This item is only available through creative mode or means similar to acquiring through creative mode and is not intended for regular play.
