The Logic Matrix Programmer is an item added by the Factorization mod.  It is used to make Logic Matrix Identifiers, which are then used to make Filter Router upgrades.  You find the first one in a dungeon chest, and can then use in in crafting recipes to clone itself.  It can be found in both normal and Thaumcraft 4 dungeons.

Recipe

Your first Logic Matrix Programmer must be found in a dungeon chest. Once you have one, the following recipe will grant you a new Logic Matrix Programmer, and the original will remain on the crafting grid, effectively cloning it.
