Blank Upgrade is used in creating various upgrades for Cart Assembler. Upgrade can add new features like modifying an already assembled cart or being able to insert modules using pipes and tubes or increasing fuel capacity etc.
In order for an upgrade to work, it has to be placed on a Cart Assembler block. One upgrade can't work with 2 Cart Assemblers.
Each upgrade has one or more effects, these effects are actually adding or modifying features of the Cart Assembler. Effects can be bad to balance good effects on the same upgrade.
