Wraith Node is a block added by the Xeno's Reliquary mod. It is used as a marker to indicate a teleportation target. The node can be set as the target for a Wraith's Eye by right-clicking it with the eye. The Wraith's Eye can teleport the player back to the selected Wraith Node at the cost of an Ender Pearl, unless the node is destroyed or moved.
