Pumpkin Cart is an item added by the Railcraft mod.

A seasonal Minecart that can only be crafted in October and November. It is essentially a cheaper and less powerful version of the TNT Cart. After being activated by a Priming Track or Activator Track, the cart will explode and may produce secondary effects.
