The Network Tool is an item added by the Applied Energistics 2 mod. An ME Network diagnostics tool. 'Right-clicking' on any Network device will bring up the tool's interface showing all devices connected to the network, the Network Details: Stored Power, Max Power, Energy Usage and Energy Generation. Hovering over a device will show it's Passive Drain if applicable. A Power Units tab will change the display unit used from AE to Energy Units (EU), Watts (W), Redstone Flux (RF) or Joule (J).
