The Essence Extractor is a block from Tinker's Construct, which allows for storage of Experience using Essence Crystals. Its appearance is very similar to that of an Enchantment Table, except for the underlying Obsidian Block which is changed to an End Stone Block, and the diamond corners, which are changed to emerald ones, as reflected in its crafting recipe.

Use[edit]
Right-clicking an Essence Extractor drains the player of all experience and stores it inside the table. Left-clicking a charged Essence Extractor drains it of all experience/essence and drops an Essence Crystal worth the contained experience. These Essence Crystals can then be consumed like food by the player to give him back the stored experience.

- The Essence Extractor seems to do errors in the calculation of the amount of experience the player has, sometimes leading to an amplification of experience. (experienced in FTB Unleashed v117)
