Alchemical Cap is only available if both Forbidden Magic and Blood Magic installed. It provides discount: Aqua has 20% Vis discount and all other aspects have 10% Vis discount. When Blood Rod or Blood Staff Core is capped by these caps, the discount on the LP cost of wand recharge applies, lowering the cost to 900 LP. When used with Blood Rod and any Wand Focuses, Weakness is applied to the target of the focus.

"You've developed a wand cap that merges Thaumaturgy and Alchemical Wizardry. Alchemical caps are very effective at chanelling Aqua, only using 80% of the normal vis cost. For everything else, they offer only a 90% rate.

If combined with a Bloody Wand Core, Alchemical Caps discount the amount of LP consumed by the wand, costing only 900 LP per vis. The caps also cause all attacks from a blood wand to inflict Weakness."
