Allows the user to fast forward or reverse the day/night cycle (right-clicking cycles through modes). There are multiple speeds at which the watch can do this, depending on its level of charge, which can be increased by pressing the appropriate key (default V), and decreased by pressing it while holding Shift. It will not function unless held in a player's inventory. The effects of multiple watches will stack.

When placed in a Dark Matter Pedestal, it has the effect of speeding up the tick rate of nearby blocks, and slowing down nearby mobs (to 0.1x speed by default, but this can be changed in config).
