Unraveled Fabric is a block from Dimensional Doors. This block is found only in Limbo unless the player teleports out of limbo via Ancient Fabric, which creates a small platform of unraveled fabric.

This block is used also as the frame for the portals leading out of Limbo. Since all of Limbo is made out of this block, it makes it incredibly hard to see. Blocks placed in Limbo will also turn into unraveled fabric after a certain amount of time. *So Far, Only Gravel Has Turned Into Unraveled Fabric*
