Obsidian Stairs is a block added by the EnhancedPortals 2 mod. They're stairs made out of Obsidian, which have the same behavior for constructing corners as regular vanilla stairs. Like obsidian, the stairs can be used to construct portal frames. Portal frames made out of the Obsidian Stairs will also function as vanilla portals without a Portal Modifier if they form a 2x3 portal.
