The NotEnoughCodecs library is an optional client-side resource library used by OpenBlocks. The library is needed to decode audio stream from internet radio stations which can be played using the Radio block. If the library isn't installed, the Radio won't play the stream. The library is developed as an open-source project on GitHub.
