Item Buffer is a machine that has an internal storage of 9 spots for stacks of items. It has the ability to push and pull items on any of its 6 faces. It is much like a hopper as it has an internal storage and can pull and push items. The item buffer GUI let you assign each face with a status of Push, Pull, Push/Pull, Disabled or None. The item buffer can also be controlled by redstone with states active with signal, active without signal, always active, never active.
