The Fishy-smelling Bag is an item added by the Adventurer's Amulets mod and used to get the Fish Scale and Shells.
Once crafted, while holding the Fishy-smelling Bag, right-click to receive one of the three (Raw Fish, Fish Scale, or Shells).
The most common drop from the Fishy-smelling Bag will be the Raw Fish, so many bags will need to be crafted if you want a lot of Fish Scales or Shells.
