The Ender Mirror is a tool added by the Thaumic Tinkerer 1 mod that allows a player to access the inventory of their (vanilla) Ender Chest, without placing one.

Research

The Ender Mirror requires prior research of (The) Magic Hand Mirror before becoming available.

Thaumonomicon Entry

You have put the knowledge acquired from constructing the Magic Hand Mirror into good use, and applied it to the Ender Chests.

This mirror, for a small cost of vis from the local aura allows you to access your ender chest inventory without needing to place it down yourself.
