Diamond Furnace is a block added by the Better Furnaces mod. It is an upgrade to the Gold Furnace which is capable of performing smelting (or cooking) actions at 4 times the speed of a regular Furnace. Unlike a Furnace, the GUI of the Diamond Furnace also features three slots where a player can place upgrade items provided by the mod, which add additional capabilities. More than three upgrades can be applied using an Upgrade Package.
