Aspect Library is a block added by the Witching Gadgets mod. This machine is designed for quick attuning Jar Labels. The label has to be simply placed inside, then the desired aspect has to be clicked and the label will instantly get attuned to this aspect.

It is a block that remembers every aspect you have discovered so far and applies it to labels. Simply place a label within it and select an aspect, and it will attune it accordingly."
