The Saguaro Fruit is a food item added by Natura. They can be obtained from harvesting the red fruit that grow on Saguaro Cactus following a rainstorm. When eaten, the berry restores three points of hunger. The Saguaro Fruit can also be used as a sapling for a Saguaro Cactus if planted in Sand.
