The Endest Pearl is a crafting component and usable item added by the Avaritia mod. Right-clicking with this item in hand will throw it and create a small black gravitation vortex which will slowly grow, destroy blocks and pull nearby creatures in it. Player who get stuck in this vortex will take a severe amount of damage, likely killing them. After growing for a few seconds, the vortex explodes.
