Ash is a lower tier of dusts added by the Equivalent Exchange 3 mod. It can be obtained by smelting any item with EMC of 1 to 63 in the Calcinator.

The most efficient way to get it is to use Cobblestone since it can be easily obtained and have only 1 EMC.
