The 'Arcane Pouch is an item added by the Arcane Scrolls mod. The pouch is the source of Arcane Energy (AE) which is needed to power all spells. The pouch has to be filled with Arcane Stones by activating it and right-clicking, with the stones inside of the player's inventory.
