Clipping is a single-use item added by AgriCraft. Clippings are made by Clippers being used on a compatible AgriCraft crop that has at least one stage of growth. Doing so reduces the crop's growth stage by one and produces a Clipping with stats identical to the original plant. Clippings can be right-clicked onto Crop Sticks to make new plants or stored for later use. The chance that a clipping will turn into an actual plant is equal to its Strength stat as a percentage vs. the maximum value. Default 10/10/10 max crops will always yield a plant from a clipping with 10 Strength, have a 50% chance at 5 Strength, and only a 10% chance for default 1/1/1 clippings.
If the original plant a clipping is taken from was identified, its stats will show in the tooltip of the clipping. If not, it will only say the type of seed and "Unidentified". Unidentified clippings cannot be analyzed in the Seed Analyzer.
